File an Animal Report
Non-emergency animal-related reports should be submitted to Mobile 311. Non-emergency complaints include:
- Loose or roaming dogs
- Nuisance complaints
- Welfare & abandonment calls
- Chicken complaints
- Reports of farm animals
Emergency animal-related reports should be directed to the Mobile Police Department by calling (251) 208-7211. Emergency animal-related reports include:
- Dog Bites against humans
- Dogs that are actively attacking people
- Animals that have been injured and cannot move (such as hit by a car)
